milestone 2 around the corner

I've just commited r106, which fits milestone:2 criteria. It contains Algol 60 runtime library, it can handle labels (although no goto statements, so it's a question whether the labels actually work; at least they are emitted into assembly), and contains testsuite. I also checked and it installs correctly.

Installation isn't as straightforward as before, because you need to patch gcc's toplevel build machinery to accomodate libga60, but the patch is trivial, and hopefully won't be easily broken by changes in patched files.

Also I've imposed some structure on the thesis, and tried to write one example section.

I'm too tired to do anything more just now, so I've just closed the milestone. Hopefully before the end of the week I'll ping gcc mailing list and prepare package.
